I am going to be completely honest. Kohl's is a store that I have loved to look around in, but rarely would buy from. When I found out about this military discount everything changed and lucky for me there is a Kohl's less than 5 minutes from my house in a shopping center I regularly frequent.
My personal experience: This one is as simple as showing your military ID at the register on a Monday. I purchased two items that were each given 15% disounts, so not 15% of the total sale, but individually. The cashier had a bar-code they scanned at the register and immediately you have the discount added. This discount is not just for Active Duty service members, it is extended to veterans, retirees, and also their immediate family as long as they have a military ID. That last bit makes this deal an even sweeter one than many other deals available. Take advantage when you can. I am a new homeowner and will be using Kohl's to liven up my decor!
