This new brewery opened in May 2018. Located at 4233 S Buckley Rd, Aurora, CO 80013, it sits next door to Sushi Totoro. This is perfect if you want to eat sushi, but arrive before Sushi Totoro opens for an afternoon session.(My situation)
Pilothouse Brewing Company offers a 15% discount on beer and merchandise to Veterans, Active Duty, and First Responders. I stumbled upon this brewery in pursuit of an All-You-Can-Eat sushi place. Found my sushi fix and as a bonus found this awesome place next door.
The beer list consists of Pilothouse brewed beers and guest brewed beers. My flight was an assortment of heavy stouts to light summer fairs and all were enjoyable. The house beers are great and whoever curates the menu has done a fine job adding the guest beers.
Flights were reasonably priced and individual tasters were $2 a piece. The atmosphere was inviting and gave the essence of sipping suds on sailboat. There was free popcorn(delicious) and other food offerings I did not try due to holding my appetite for the AYCE sushi, but upon returning I will be ready to stuff my face.
